Divine Chocolatier cannot be held responsible for damages that occur (heat or otherwise) during shipping. We insure all packages leave our store well chilled and insulated. We are not responsible for shipping delays by Canada Post or USPS due to circumstances beyond our control.
All carrier companies due to covid19 are running late. But now the weather is cool enough to not melt the chocolate.
Turnaround
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, 9AM to 12PM, except on holidays. In most cases Divine will ship orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, however under some circumstances it could take longer in which case you will be notified.
Delivery time
Upon shipping your order, you will receive via email a delivery date estimate and tracking reference from Canada Post.
Summer heat
All of our shipment of chocolate are lovingly handled with the utmost of care. We review each order and then pack them according to transit time and weather. Insulation and ice packs are added at no extra cost. .
