Since most of our products are delicate perishable food, returns are not accepted.
However, Divine Chocolatier will correct all orders under the following condition only:
If the items which you received do not match what your order states. Keep in mind Divine Chocolatier reserves the right to replace any order of higher or equal value; in this case no returns. Ribbons pictured are for demonstration purposes only, they change seasonally and due to availability.
A notice must be filed within 48 hrs of the reception of your order for any missing or wrong itmes received.
Any damaged shipments must be notified of within 48 hrs. A replacement of the equal or higher value will be shipped using same shipping method. The damaged goods must be kept for further investigation by the carrier company, and or picked up by Divine Chocolatier.
